Photographer Mark Weiss has created iconic images of rock & roll’s elite including Bon Jovi, Freddie Mercury, Bruce Springsteen, Ozzy Osbourne and dozens more. Recently, Steve Lacy, Fox 5 New York City anchorman, has taken images from Mark’s legendary photo archive and turned them into signature, one-of-a-kind screen-printed canvas artworks. These colorful, creative and stunning works will be a part of the “Good Times, Big Hair” exhibit featuring the 80’s rock photography of Mark Weiss – opening, Thursday evening, May 16th at C. Parker Gallery, 409 Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, Connecticut.
“Good Times, Big Hair” coincides with the 2019 Greenwich Town Party which features Lynyrd Skynyrd as one of its headliners. Mark Weiss directed Skynyrd’s “Travelin’ Man” video and shot the cover photo for their “Lyve from Steel Town” album.
