Saying that Pizza Port has some good brewers is a bit of an understatement. In fact, some would argue calling them “great” brewers doesn’t go far enough. They’ve alternately been called “masters,” “champions,” “geniuses,” and “brewing gods”. And looking at the walls full of incredible taps adorned with more medals and ribbons than a Latin American dictator on parade day, one might be tempted to agree. What makes them such great brewers, we’re not really sure. It could be we’re really great judges of brewing talent. It could be great training. It could be the San Diego weather or the fact that they all have secret super brewing powers.
