ROCK FEED: Tool & Tours

ROCK FEED: Tool & Tours

Everyone is dealing with the self isolation in different ways. Some of us read a book, take a jog (while listening to the FOX of course!), work from home and etc. This is no different for musicians and celebrities alike. Recently, even front man of Tool & Puscifer (Maynard James Keenan) has taken to his band(s) Twitter pages to make some very interesting posts. One of these tweets expressing his thoughts and concerns for the restaurant business. If you don’t know yet, Maynard James Keenan owns a restaurant/vineyard in Cottonwood, Arizona (as well as his own brand of wine called Caduceus) and has expressed that due to the shutdown, the American economy would collapse and we’d face a big economic crisis. It is certainly an interesting read and will give you something to do for the time being. You can read the full story right here, and don’t forget to follow Tool and Puscifer on Twitter & Instagram. Among Maynard’s economic Tweet’s and post’s are some interesting ones where he is responding to fans about what his luchador name would be. Or even advice of what to due during this crisis.

Speaking of Tool, they are among many bands who have recently postponed a current tour due to the COVID-19 outbreak. An official statement on Tool’s website informs ticket holders to hold onto their tickets as they will be honored at a later time, so don’t get rid of those tickets folks! It’s very unfortunate we can’t experience our favorite bands live at the moment, but it is also what’s best if we expect to overcome this any time soon.

Speaking of concerts and our current situation, a public health expert from Pennsylvania recently stated that we could possibly see the return of concerts in the fall of 2021. A devastating thing to hear, and crossing our fingers we can get through this sooner rather than later. You can read more on the possibility of a concert-less year right here.

In the mean time please stay safe, stay healthy and keep distancing yourself form others to avoid further spread of the Coronavirus! Here is some Tool to rock out to also! Some new and old!
